Sour-Fruited Berliner Weisse

A refreshingly tart classic Berliner Weisse bursting with raspberry flavor, this crisp, dry, and intensely fruity sour wheat ale is the ultimate thirst-quencher.
OREGON LOTS II DOUBLE IPA
Hazy New England Style Double IPA
8.2% abv, 60 IBU
This hazy Double IPA features exclusively Oregon-grown hops hand selected by our brewers. We use Pilsner malt and a ridiculous amount of the finest Strata, Comet, and Amarillo hops. Intensely peachy, tropical, and citrusy aromas and flavors!

Session IPA

First released during Wyatt Earp days & with a name inspired by the famous lawman, this session IPA is bolder & more intense than most double IPAs, but with far less alcohol. Made with Idaho 7 and Cashmere hops, it is peachy with noticeable citrus, mango, & guava.
WILD WEST WHEAT
American Wheat Ale
Summer: June-July
5.0% ABV
This classic American Wheat Ale combines clean, delicately fruity ale yeast, citrusy hops, & traditional nutty, grainy wheat character with coriander & orange peel to create a refreshing summer treat. It’s the perfect compliment to a hot Arizona summer day!
FESTBIER
Festbier
Autumn: August-October
5.7% ABV
This golden Festbier features the finest German malts and our favorite traditional German lager yeast. Clean and malty with the slightest hint of bitterness and a crisp, dry finish. A smooth, easy drinking lager with a complex bready and nutty malt character.
WINTER ALE
Amber Ale with Cinnamon
Winter: November-January
6.0% ABV
We brewed this rich & malty reddish Amber Ale to welcome the cooler temperatures we have been waiting for all summer. A touch of cinnamon compliments notes of biscuit & caramel which adds a delicate spice to the crisp, clean finish. It’s an indulgent seasonal treat that still remains sessionable!
