Line cooks, prep cooks, bussers, dishwashers
Job Description: Looking to hire serious back-of-house positions (line cook, prep cook, dishwasher, busser) in our large new restaurant space that is opening soon in Sierra Vista’s West End. You would ideally have 2-5 years’ or more experience in a Fast-Paced High-Volume Restaurant. You should have a basic to intermediate level of both culinary & hospitality literacy (ingredients, terms, methodologies, how to handle high-pressure situations with grace, etc). You should be able to think on your feet & pivot constantly. We are willing to train a beginner who demonstrates high interest and aptitude. A passion for beer would be useful – ranging from “crushes High Life nightly” to “thinking about cicerone program” – but not necessary.

Hosts
Job Description: We are seeking hosts to greet guests, organize wait lists, manage reservations, seat guests, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. This role may potentially include assisting servers and bussers with bussing tables. Our ideal host would be an expert resource to the guests visiting us, someone who is friendly, organized, clean, and focused on delivering superior service to our guests and communicating and working effectively as part of a team. Excellent work ethic with attention to detail are a must. Basic computer literacy skills may be required. No experience required, but demonstrated customer service experience preferred.

Servers
Job Description: We are seeking servers to serve guests, suggest and explain our menus, run food and drinks, carry trays, handle money transactions, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. You will report to our managers and serve as an expert resource to our guests. You must have high service standards and be able to enter and manage orders in our POS system and support other team members with their responsibilities. Server responsibilities include ensuring guests are seated at a clean, properly maintained table and are greeted immediately, moving and organizing large quantities of china, glass, silverware, supplies, and any other regularly used items, and ensuring all equipment, tools, and working areas are safe, clean, well maintained, and in proper working condition. You will actively participate in daily, weekly, and monthly trainings and operational updates to ensure up-to-date knowledge. You must be 21 or older, as a keen understanding of our beers and an ability to discuss them is essential. You will ideally have one year prior experience as a banquet or dining room server, but we may be willing to train a beginner who demonstrates high interest and aptitude. Excellent work ethic with attention to detail is a must. You will need basic computer literacy skills and ideally experience with restaurant Point of Sale.
